Our Constraints

Our Constraints

We navigated several challenges, including limited local insights into the culture and market, as well as resource constraints.

Geographical limitations required the team to work remotely, making it difficult to gain firsthand knowledge of Nigeria’s local market dynamics, customer behaviors, and challenges. Without direct access, we relied on digital research, collaborations with Ceneco’s stakeholders.

Remote Work & Limited Local Insight

1

Understanding and respecting cultural nuances in the Nigerian market was a key consideration. Adapting to local customs, values, and communication styles required a culturally intelligent approach to ensure meaningful engagement with the target audience.

Cultural Sensitivity

2

Budget and time limitations posed challenges to the project’s execution. To overcome these constraints, we took a strategic approach by prioritizing key tasks, streamlining processes, and leveraging cost-effective solutions to maximize impact while staying within available resources.
